Before packing, the seedlings are inspected to check for possible damage to the root system or the above-ground part.
We pack each seedling by hand, with special care, while protecting the sensitive parts of the plant (by tying to bamboo, wrapping, etc.).
Seedlings planted in pots/pits with humus soil can be stored for a longer period in the original pots until you decide to plant them, with regular watering of course.
Seedlings packed in humus wrapped in protective foil (rose seedlings, rose bushes, etc.), under optimal conditions (a dark and cooler place), can be stored for up to 2-3 weeks, without any effect on quality.
We send fruit seedlings (apples, pears, cherries, sour cherries, etc.) with bare roots, directly removed from the soil, packed in such a way as to prevent drying out by the time of delivery. Since customers plant such seedlings almost immediately, it is not necessary to pack them in a container and shorten their roots, so that they can withstand longer standing. In bare-root seedlings sent in this way, the root system remains fully preserved, because the root is not shortened.
