Salix Caprea Pendula is a small deciduous tree with a wide crown of weeping branches that often reach near the ground. The weeping willow is typically planted in gardens with limited space or in smaller gardens. It can be planted individually or as a small row of trees. Thanks to the dense foliage it produces, Salix Caprea Pendula is also used as a lush hedge. In early spring, catkins appear on the branches; they are yellow when opening and later turn gray, signaling the arrival of spring. Following this, oval green leaves with a silvery underside unfold, turning yellow in autumn before falling. Its dense weeping crown looks especially captivating in winter when covered with snow.

It requires no special care to thrive. However, during the warmer months, ensure the soil remains moist, as like all willows, it needs consistently damp soil.
You can purchase seedlings of Salix Caprea Pendula 3-year at our garden center in the nursery located at Gornjem Crnjelovu, Glavna 65a.
