Indian Lilac is a species from the genus Lagerstroemia (family Lythraceae), native to the Indian subcontinent. In its natural form, it grows as a deciduous shrub, but with pruning, it can be shaped into a small tree. Indian Lilac makes a stunning addition to any landscape, whether you are looking for a vibrant hedge or a striking standalone specimen for your garden. It can be planted individually or in groups, as a row of trees, or as a hedge.

Prefers sunny or partially shaded locations. Can tolerate temperatures down to –15°C, although young plants should be protected in colder regions (below –15°C). By the third or fourth year, winter protection is no longer necessary.
You can purchase seedlings of Indian Lilac 2-year at our garden center in the nursery located at Gornjem Crnjelovu, Glavna 65a.
Upon collection of the goods (seedlings), the Agromedžik nursery no longer has the possibility of supervision or care, and therefore cannot provide any further guarantee. Since seedlings are living beings, it is not possible to give a guarantee even a day after they leave the nursery. We cannot influence their maintenance and care, and consequently their further growth and development.
Our plants regularly undergo phytosanitary and vegetative inspections, therefore we do not have diseased or infected plants.
